Dental Wellness of Suffern believes that our patients should have a pleasant visit and be instructed on sound oral hygiene. We’re here to help.

All of our advanced technological procedures and equipment are designed with the safety and comfort of our patients in mind. Our digital X-rays result in 90% less radiation exposure than traditional methods; no dyes are used in the fluoride. For patients with sensitivity to latex, we’ll make sure to use gloves without latex.

The comfort of our patients and providing the best of professional oral care is the Dental Wellness of Suffern way ~ dentistry that’s good for the body, teeth, and gums.

Dental Wellness of Suffern patients may enjoy foot reflexology, aromatherapy, massages, and meditation with soothing music, in addition to soft pillows while in the chair. Even the most anxious are at ease with us. Think of your visit as a mini dental-spa, as we’re more than a pleasant and relaxing environment ~ we’re about results. Located in the heart of Suffern, NY, Dental Wellness of Suffern provides exceptional care to patients across Rockland County and surrounding areas.

With easy access from major highways like the New York State Thruway (I-87) and the Palisades Parkway, our practice is convenient for those traveling from nearby communities. New patients from all nearby areas are welcome to experience our personalized approach to dental health.

Dental Wellness of Suffern is open Monday to Thursday by appointment and closed Friday and Sunday.

Dr. Sherri Alpert

D.D.S. , FICOI

Dr. Sherri Alpert graduated from Brandeis University with an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts in 1986. She earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Buffalo Dental School in 1990 and continued with a residency in Dental Medicine at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, including Geriatric Training at the Parker Geriatric Institute in New Hyde Park, New York, in 1991. With a background in art, Dr. Alpert’s creative eye for detail and aesthetics has benefited many patients’ restorative smiles.

Beyond her dental practice, Dr. Alpert is a dedicated artist who creates stunning oil paintings and bronze portraits. She exhibits her work in galleries across New York and takes annual painting trips around the world to explore and capture different landscapes. Her other passions include sculpting, cooking, photography, and writing.

Dr. Alpert’s warm and compassionate approach to dentistry ensures that each patient receives not only the highest level of care but also a positive and reassuring experience in her chair. Her dedication to both her craft and her patients has made her a beloved and respected professional in her field.

Dr. Alpert is a working artist who shows her work in galleries around the state of NY. She does portraits in bronze and oil paintings. Dr. Alpert takes painting trips around the world to explore landscape studies each summer.
